Getting Started

Athlete-Coach Meeting

  • What are you looking to get out of our athlete-coach relationship?

  • Review training history and experience in the sport

  • Determine top priority ‘A’ races and races leading into that ‘A’ race

  • Establish training & racing goals for the season

  • Create a training plan leading up to each race, revolving around a schedule that best suits you

  • Review strengths and weaknesses as an athlete

  • Determine duration of coaching timeframe

Training Plans

All athletes will have a profile created in TrainingPeaks that is linked to their coach where they will find:

  • Calendar featuring daily swim, bike, and run sessions

  • Race schedule calendar

  • In depth analysis of each training session

  • Feedback from training sessions

  • Strength training sessions- specific for endurance athletes

Feel free to email, text, or call with any questions regarding training plans, workouts, adjusting workout, nutrition advice, or whatever else you may need.

The athlete-coach relationship is important for a successful season and it is important for athletes to feel comfortable to reach out with any questions during the season!
