Review training history and experience in the sport
Determine top priority ‘A’ races and races leading into that ‘A’ race
Establish training & racing goals for the season
Create a training plan leading up to each race, revolving around a schedule that best suits you
Review strengths and weaknesses as an athlete

All athletes will have a profile created in TrainingPeaks that is linked to their coach where they will find:
Calendar featuring daily swim, bike, and run sessions
Race schedule calendar
In depth analysis of each training session
Feedback from training sessions
Strength training sessions- specific for endurance athletes
Open Communication

The athlete-coach relationship is important for a successful season and it is important for athletes to feel comfortable to reach out with any questions during the season!
